Professional Growth Plan

The Professional Growth Plan component of the program occurs during week 10 in several of the courses.  This program component is intended to develop competency-related skills to address potential gaps and support your learning in other areas of the program.  An example would be research-related skills (e.g., basic statistics) that should be part of every doctoral learner’s working knowledge.

In your capstone course, EDD8114, you will be required to submit your portfolio with artifacts and supporting documentation that demonstrate your ability to meet program outcomes.  Continued attention to your level of expertise in each competency and to the development of your portfolio throughout the program will be important in successfully completing the capstone course and Phase I of your program.
